Rules & Guidelines

Check-In:

  • Check-In time is at 4:00pm.  Early Check-In May – July is not possible due to cleaning.

  • A door code will be provided to you one day prior to your arrival.

Check-Out:

  • Check-out time is at 10:00am.  Late Check-out is May – July is not possible due to cleaning

  • Please clean out fridge, freezer and cabinets/shelves of ALL items you brought with you

  • Please be sure the deck box key is hanging on the back of the front door

  • Please sign out of all streaming services on the Smart TV

  • Please leave both remote controls on the white shelf to the left of the Living Room TV

  • Please take out all trash to the dumpster located on property

General Rules & Guidelines:

  • Minimum age to rent is 25 years old

  • Unit sleeps 4 people

  • No Smoking

  • No pets

  • Please, no wet swimsuits on the furniture

  • KMS Rentals, LLC. Is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

  • By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

  • Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order.  No deposit is required, however, guests will be responsible to any major damage done to the property during their stay.

  • Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $300.00.

Arrival Directions:

  • As you approach Gulf Village, headed west on West Beach Blvd, you will see a catwalk over the road which belongs to a condo across the street.   After you drive under the catwalk, you will turn into the 4th driveway on the left.  Our condo is on the beach side of the highway. 

  • Once you have turned into the property, take an immediate right into the parking area under the building.  The unit is on the first floor of the building, accessed by 1 flight of stairs.

  • There are two sets of stairs, and unit 102 is closest to the staircase by the highway.

Parking:

  • Parking is limited to 2 vehicles max. 

  • Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed at all times.  

  • Parking on the road is not permitted.

  • Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
